A well-equipped picnic area with covered tables and toilets. Dam is currently full (June 2022) though water is quite muddy. There is plenty of birdlife to see.

Has wheelchair accessible toilet. Cold shower. Dam looks much nicer with water(April 2021). Heaps of birdlife including black swans,pelicans,willy wagtails,parrots,galahs,cockatoos,finches,honeybirds,minors,swallows,eagles&crows.

Great spot to stay overnight or just a quick break. Very quite good amenities lots of area overlooking the dam.
